Multi-purpose Room Rental
Rim Country Community Center's (RCCC) multipurpose meeting room is suitable for receptions, parties, seminars, performances, fundraisers and Home Owners Associations and club meetings. The room accommodates approximately 100 guests. The rental fee includes the use of the main hall, tables, chairs, restrooms, patio and kitchen (for limited purposes as set forth in the contract). The rental fee does not include the use of the television, exercise room, computers or any other rooms in the building.
Rental Policies RCCC reserves the right to place limits on the use of its public meeting room. All rental patrons are expected to adhere to guidelines outlined in Rental Agreements. Refund Schedule $30.00 deducted from Security Deposit if cancelled 14 days or less before event. Scheduling Availability of the space will be determined by RCCC’s Director. Prior to use of the Center all groups will be required to meet with the RCCC Director to discuss the needs and scope of their particular event. Users will need to sign a Rental Agreement and agree to the safety and technical documents. Payment terms for use of the Center will be stipulated in the Rental Agreement.
